Advisory Council Committees
1. Finance and Development - budget, grants, and tuition assistance program SOS & BEF, and Educational Income Tax Credit program (EITC)

2. Fundraising Committee - yearly fundraising program to meet the budgeted goal

3. Activities Committee - student & family activities i.e. Harvest Fest, Trim A Tree, Santa Workshop, Book Fair, Kite Day, Amateur Night, Teacher Luncheons, student Bingo's, 7th & 8th fall & spring activities, Catholic Schools Week pep assembly.

4. Identification, Recommendation, and Selection - candidate identification and recommendation by the council or administrative team and filling advisory council vacancies (at the present time filling vacancies is done by the appointment by the Bishop McDowell Regional School Administrative Team)

5. Building and Grounds - repairs and maintenance in the school building, playground and general upkeep of the Butterfly Garden

6. Marketing and Communications - public relations, promotions, advertisement, external and internal marketing, recruitment and retention, and alumni affairs

7. Technology - infrastructure, in-service and professional development of faculty, parish classes, use of the computer lab, maintenance of computers, identifying technology committee members and updating the technology plan

* All Advisory Council meetings are open to the school & parish community.
* Scheduled meetings will be posted in the school newsletter, on the monthly school calendar or announced during the meeting.
* Any questions / issues to be addressed during the new business part of the agenda must be submitted in writing one week in advance of the scheduled meeting or they will not be addressed at that meeting.
