• This schedule was broken down by using all parents whose children participate in athletics through Bishop McDowell. (i.e.- Basketball, Volleyball, Bowling, and Hockey)
• Over 4 weekends there are a total of 108 slots to fill in the tournament worker schedule. With only 23 families to utilize- 108 slots were divided by 23 giving each family 4-5 scheduled shifts over the 4 weeks. Clock schedule is not included in the 4-5 slots. Clock schedule was evenly distributed to those who are capable of working it.
• All work requests supplied to me prior to Oct. 24^th were accommodated.
• Please arrive promptly to your regularly scheduled times. If you are having an issue with coverage OR you cannot work during your scheduled shift, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with someone to switch.
• Please keep in mind that the success of our tournaments is dependent on the support of our parents! Please do not let our children down!
